PCC was founded on August 7th 1981 and the first academic year began at 1982.
It is located about 6 miles east of Pabna City in Rajshahi Division of Bangladesh.

PCC Administration, Classrooms, Laboratories, Library and Auditorium is located in the combined building known as the Academy Block
Administration key figures include Principal ( a Lt. Colonel ranking officer from Army/Navy/AirForce or a very senior faculty teacher ), Vice Principal ( a very senior faculty teacher ), Adjutant ( a Major from Army ), Medical officer ( a Major from Army Medical Core ), 3 House Masters and Faculty Teachers.
Note : All faculty teachers hold atleast - a Masters Degree and have Lecturer status.
Classrooms are divided in to 2 forms ( section ) for each batch of cadets. Form A and Form B.
One Faculty member is assigned as FORM MASTER for each form, for the entire duration of a cadet batch.
Mostafa Auditorium is used for cadets Inter House Cultural Competitions ( ( Debates, Extempore speech, Set speech ) in Bengali and English , Current Affairs Presentation, Drama, Singing etc.. ), Cultural Nights, Assemblies and special functions honoring visiting dignitaries.

All Cadets and Cadet Dormitories are divided in three groups. They are called the House. All three houses are located in the same building in three different floors. Each house comprises of cadet dorms, an indoor sports room and a common room ( for entertainment gatherings ).
Bhasani House
Named after the great social and political leader, Abdul Hamid Khan (1880-1976) , Popularly known as Maulana Bhasani.

Named after one of the first and great rebels against the English empire, Mir Nisar ali Titumir (1782-1831).

Named after one of the greatest Bengali nationalists, Ismail Hossain Shiraji (1880-1931) .

All Cadets are served daily 3 major meals ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ) and 2 snacks ( one between Breakfast and Lunch, other between Lunch and dinner ) in the College Dinning Hall.

All Cadets participate in various games during their stay in the college. The Outdoor Sports Fields include Basketball, Football, Vollyball, Hockey, Cricket and Badminton. Indoor sports facility includes Table tennis, Karam and Chess.

The College Hospital and medical staffs not only serve cadets who get sick, but also take great part in ensuring good physical health for all cadets. Medical Officer and Staffs are provided by Bangladesh Army Medical Core. For any serious injury or illness, cadets are transferred to Combined Military Hospital in Bogura Cantonment for further treatment.
